


That, combined with both the boss and the tank moving around means that those area attacks can happen anywhere at any time. In Tera, this static play is mostly impossible for one very simple reason: The boss attacks not just a particular player, but the area where that player is. They all do put a little more effort into this role, but that's mostly what it is. Whack-A-Mole healing usually refers to static click-the-half-dead-buddy-to-heal style of games such as World of Warcraft. Which means you get a report that will describe what you'll do early on. This is from the eyes of a fairly low-level (lvl 28) mystic. I thought I'd post a quick text that'll tell you and help you figure out if you should play a class you're not really comfortable with, just to dodge those queue times. But none of these posts actually tell you what exactly you're going to do. There are posts along the lines of "TERA healing is not just whack-a-mole!". There are many posts out there that discuss which between the priest or mystic is the better healer, or what the differences are in general.
